Table Top Crisis Training With Simulation Exercises

Participants will learn "BEST" methods and procedures in responding to a crisis or emergency.In a group setting, problem solving events will be practiced.

The events are simulations conducted around a table, thus the name "Table Top training". Experienced state and federally trained experts Sandi King and Jack Weisenborn and staff will lead small groups through selected situations in a non threatening manner which builds staff confidence and practice with the three critical steps: 1) Assess the situation 2) Notify for help 3) Protect.

If the school or agency has a current emergency plan it will be integrated into the training session. Participants will have the opportunity to select from over 75 exercises. All problem solving events were designed from problem violent events that have and do occur in schools and public settings.
